Setting: The reception area is seperated by a wall and door, so you can't hear anything once you enter the massage area. They have 12 massage chairs in a single room with nice decor including a bambo wall with a water feature. It is very quite in the room and the employees do not talk to eachother. Very relaxing. In the reception area there are signs asking for quiet and for people to turn off their phones. Another interesting piece was that there was a sign that recommended tips: $5 if it was just okay, $10 for good and $20 for excellent.
$20 Foot Reflexology Massage: Awesome that before taking me back they inquired as to whether I wanted my massage gentle, medium or hard. The masseuse wear white polo shirts as a uniform and also wear sanitary masks (first I've seen of that). I took medium with gentle on the feet. I had a man this time, I noticed that they had about equal numbers of men and women working. The massage was what I requested and very enjoyable. One weird part was while massaging my back he did this weird thing where he repeatedly grabed handfuls of my back skin...felt kinda different. He stretched my arms, legs and neck. Overall a good expereince and would definately go back.
Appointments: They said they are very busy on the weekend and it is good to make an appointment, especially if there are 2 or more that come together. If just a single person, they can get you in either right away or pretty quickly on a walk in. Weekdays walk-ins are fine, as they are not as busy.
Payment: Payment is collected prior to service and they take both cash and credit cards. They did not offer a repeat customer card like other places, which was a bit of a bummer. Again, they have a recommendation on tipping that I mentioned above.
